James "Jim" Larry Looney

James “Jim” Larry Looney served as a REALTOR® with the Innovative Realty Solutions family from its founding in 2016 up until the day he left this earth.

He lived and worked in Limestone and Madison county all his life. Having settled in Western Limestone County in 1976, he frequently commuted to Madison County for work. His coworkers often asked, “Why do you choose to have a long commute each day?

Jim’s love for real estate stemmed from developing relationships with clients from all walks of life and helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. He worked hard to treat each client or potential client with the utmost respect and confidentiality and took immense pride in establishing, growing, and working for Certified Appraisal Services and Innovative Realty Solutions.

But according to Jim, the most satisfying thing was watching Chris and his family establish and maintain two very successful companies in, Certified Appraisal Services and Innovative Realty Solutions.
